Mineral deficiency 
The absorbency of minerals from the ration provided during the dry period varies considerably. The solubility of the present minerals also varies significantly. This means that a sufficient presence of minerals can still cause deficiency symptoms. In order to ensure a certainty of a regular supply of minerals which are sufficiently absorbed by the body, we can only recommend the following;

How does the UNO Dry Bolus work?
The UNO Dry bolus starts to dissolve slowly from the bottom, which does not contain a coating. The coating allows the bolus to dissolve gradually during a period of 120 days (= 4 months).

Why 2 boluses instead of 1?
2 boluses meet today's need for trace elements and vitamins. The boluses tap against each other so that the release remains constant for 120 days (= 4 months).

 The bolus can be administrated via the coloured rings in the inserter (27 mm).
