Universal bottom
The technology on which the forged bottom is created ensures ideal results in the kitchen. It is made of two layers of stainless steel - an entirely new technology that will provide super conductivity and efficient heat distribution for easier and more economical cooking. The bottom is universal and is suitable for all types of hotplates used today - gas, electric, glass ceramic and even induction.
 
The coating used in the copper series of Pensofal - CUPRUM is patented by the Italian company and is the guarantor of maximum results. Its resilience is due to the reinforcement of natural minerals to provide comfort and serenity in use.
 
Unique multilayer structure
To meet today's custom requirements, every part of CUPRUM is completely free of ingredients such as PFOA, lead, nickel and other heavy metals. The containers are environmentally friendly and do not emit harmful particles during heating.
