The two adjustable thermostats make it possible to set a different temperature for the upper and lower baking plate. As the contact grill can open up 180° you can even use it as a table grill. Sear your meat at a high temperature on one side of the grill and cook fish and vegetables on a lower temperature on the other side. The 2000 Watt power heats up the contact grill within minutes so you can almost immediately start preparing your lunch or dinner.
