The BONJET GRAPHIC photo papers of the 3rd generation are high quality bright white resin-coated papers with microporous inkjet coating of the latest technology and a semi-glossy lustre (pearl) texture. The papers feel instantly dry after printing and are resistant against smearing and water splashes. The prints feature high sharpness, neutral clear whites, brilliant colours and rich blacks. The lustre surface avoids reflections and makes the prints more robust against fingerprints and scratches. The ink load capacity is very high; the papers are very robust against adverse conditions.
The three available papers have the same inkjet receiving layer and can be used with identical print settings and profiles. The difference is the paper weight: the 295g/m² heavy paper is perfect for premium photo prints in studio quality, the 250g/m² medium weight paper is suitable for high quality commercial prints at the point of sale and for presentations, and the 200g/m² light weight paper is the first choice for commercial posters in A-boards or frames, short term trade show graphics and prints which will be mounted on boards. The medium weight 250g/m² paper is available in roll sizes for dry minilabs (inkjet minilabs) as well as sheet formats, too, and is perfectly suited for professional portrait work as well as high quality consumer photos.
Compared with most of the OEM dry minilab papers, BONJET GRAPHIC BJ3PLP250 has a stiffer base with a better photo feel and touch, and it is packed as single rolls with shorter lengths for improved flexibility. Photos can be printed on the same paper now, no matter if they are done with a large format printer, desktop photo printer, or a dry minilab.
The BONJET GRAPHIC photo papers are fully compatible with all water based dye and pigmented inks which are used in large format and desktop printers, e.g. Canon Lucia, Epson Ultrachrome, or HP Vivera. In addition, the papers are compatible with HP’s Latex ink and Drylab ink from Epson, Fujifilm, and Noritsu.
